About the Program
Group coaching is for any veterinary professional- from graduate to retiree, RVT to DVM, with a desire to take ownership of their career.
People who have taken our programs have started out feeling:

- Confused about their next step
- Unsure about what else they can do
- Unsure how to make vet med work for them

Sneak Peek of the Program
Week 1/2: Orientation
- Get introduced to your cohort, get your workbook and materials!
- Complete your TILT profile
- Watch the materials for module 1.
Week 3/4: Values and Purpose Group Coaching Session- We’ll explore your values, and how you can identify your purpose to get clarity on where your career should go next.
Week 5/6: How to leverage your strengths and continue to grow- Receive your TILT personality and strengths report (27 page full version), and debrief in your group coaching about how to use this tool, how to understand yourself and others you interact with.
Week 7/8: Positive Influence and Personal Power- Learn how to affect positive change and influence your situation.
- Learn how to set intentional, values based goals.
Week 9/10: Developing your story, personal branding Interviews, resumes, and job hunting
- How do you present yourself in the job hunt, or as a workplace hiring? This session will cover interviews, resumes, and job hunting.
- Using the previous sessions, we’ll develop your story and you’ll get a plan for personal branding for a job hunt, business, or just to know yourself better.
Week 11/12: Negotiation & limit setting
- You can’t have boundaries without negotiation, and it’s even harder if you don’t know what you want. Learn how to ask for what you want and need, to be able to enforce boundaries, gain what you need from your workplace.
