Join our panel as they share their experiences of leading change in their careers.

Cat Auden is a vet and Managing Director at VetLed and Chair of the Veterinary Patient Safety Forum. She works to develop profession-relevant human factors training for veterinary teams across the country with a mission to improve whole team performance, team wellbeing, and patient safety.

Malcolm Morley is an equine vet and started his career at the Liphook Equine Hospital and has also worked in the UK and Australia. He was a joint founder of Stable Close Equine Practice in 2003 and his main interest is pre-purchase examination. He has been a council member of the British Equine Veterinary Association, chairing their Pre-Purchase Examination Committee. He has been a member of BVA‘s Policy Committee and is the current BVA President.

Fiona Leathers RVN is Head Nurse & Practice Manager at Westport Vets. Her passion in the workplace is to provide a supportive training environment, top level customer care and ensure positive strategies are used to support the mental health of her colleagues. She has been awarded The Blue Cross VN of the Year and joined the Board of Directors for The Vet Trust, becoming the first RVN to hold the position of Chairperson.

Emmanuel is a 4th year student studying veterinary medicine at the RVC who aspires to specialise in clinical animal behaviour once graduated. He is also the President of Animal Aspirations; a student led project which aims to encourage ethnic diversity within veterinary and other animal related careers.
