Is change possible in vet med workplaces?
Are you questioning if it’s even possible to work in a supportive workplace in vet med? Wondering “Maybe it’s me? Maybe it’s just vet med?”
Then join Jenny Guyat and Cat Auden for an interactive talk about what you can do as an individual or team member to thrive in vet med using Human Factors.Â
Learn about Human Factors and how the framework and techniques apply to individuals and teams who want to create positive, supportive workplaces. We’ll also talk about workplaces that are applying Human Factors and how they are seeing changes in their teams. Â
Designed for all members of veterinary teams.Â
Cat Auden
VetLed Managing Director, Cat Auden, is a veterinary surgeon who combines her experience in practice with a passion for optimising clinical performance.
Cat loves to show veterinary teams how understanding Human Factors is imperative to performing at our best as clinicians. She believes that to give our patients the best care, we need to understand how we work, why we work, and how making small adjustments can make a big difference… to ourselves, our teams, and our patients.
Cat is keen to see how we can grow and develop as a profession through learning from and collaborating with other caring yet safety-critical professions and has a particular interest in the concept of psychological safety in the workplace and its impact on team performance.
