Join Sara and Andrew as we chat through their careers as vets working with pigs and poultry.
Sara qualified as a vet from the University of Barcelona in 1998 and has gone on to earn a Masters in Science and a Certificate in Poultry Medicine and Production. She became a director at Poultry Health Services (PHS) in 2016. She has consulted around the world, written articles for scientific poultry magazines and chairs poultry meetings on a regular basis.
Andrew qualified from the university of Nottingham and joined Garth Vets straight out of university as a Veterinary Intern in October 2019. Andrew has a keen interest in herd health management and disease control but enjoys all aspects of pig production. Outside of work Andrew enjoys clay pigeon shooting, reading and cycling.
