    Organisation Background

    This commercial farm animal only practice was set up at the end of 2008 and quickly grew to 4 employees in 2009. Since then it has strived from a consistency of staff, with continuity of care to clients building great client working relationships. Focusing on commercial farm animals only allows for productivity in the work place and a focus on these clients.

  • What makes your organization a great place to work?

    This is a small team allowing a supportive environment which is essential when the majority of your job is remote. We value team clinical meetings so that the team has opportunities to be together, as well as assistants meetings to increase time for contact with your colleagues. We value work life balance (working day finishes at 5pm) and enjoy social events such as a team Summer BBQ, Christmas ‘do’ and additional activities for team bonding such as wreath making.

    A team player that is driven by preventative farm animal health and welfare. A love of listening to podcasts whilst driving around the South Downs is essential, whilst also taking in the exquisite views! Being able to tolerate a few nutty dogs in the practice!
