Our jobs are hard at times and we enjoy having a laugh with each other when we can, and the support we offer each other is second to none.
We practice a no-blame culture and are more interested in the “why” and “how” aspects of when things don’t go to plan as opposed to focusing on the “who”.
Our team is incredibly supportive and between the seven vets we currently have, there is a wealth of knowledge and experience that they are more than happy to share.
We encourage our team to push their own boundaries and try new things at their own pace, with other members of our team available to lend a hand or some words of encouragement if needed.
