    Organisational background

    The practice was formed in Keighley in 1877 and moved to purpose-built premises on Aireworth Road in 1994. We have developed from being a traditional mixed practice into a modern, progressive team-focused practice.

  • What makes your organization a great place to work?
    • We work hard to provide excellent working conditions and remuneration/benefits packages.
    • We take the safety of our team very seriously, prioritising this over financial gain during the ongoing pandemic.
    • We are open to, and happy to discuss flexible working arrangements.
    • We look after each other and encourage wellbeing initiatives within the team – we try to get outside in good weather and keep active. We work hard to ensure adequate rest breaks and lunch breaks are provided – we have good facilities at work to make sure breaks are comfortable (we even have a massage chair!)
    • We have an open and just culture where everyone’s opinions are listened to and respected. We communicate well. Through regular meetings and discussions on Quality Improvement, we can discuss errors and outcomes objectively and constructively. We are approachable, honest and supportive in our day-to-day communications.
    • We invest in our facilities and team to allow them to do the best job possible.

    We recognise no two team members are the same – we hope to be able to identify and nurture individual skills and interests.
