Organisational background
Drove began in Swindon as a Farm practice in 1839! Since then it changed site a few times and changed ownership even more! The current business exists as two separate entities – Drove Veterinary Hospital and Drove Farm Vets but it remains an independent practice. The current owners have exactly the same ethos as previous generations in providing the people & pets of Swindon and Wiltshire with a caring & trusted service.
Drove Veterinary Hospital is now a state-of-the-art hospital (in Old Town, Swindon) that supports the surrounding branches of Marlborough, Wootton Bassett, Stratton, Abbey Meads, and Ridgeway Farm. Our hospital is the base for the Vets Now emergency service in Swindon and the surrounding area. The owners continue to be passionate that they are building the future of excellence in veterinary care and pass to the next generation!
