Organisational background

We are an independent small animal vet practice on the south coast, in East Sussex. Andrei and Istvan, the two partners set the practice up in 2019. They have both been working in the UK for over a decade, recently in the surrounding area, and left their respective positions after the corporate takeover of their home practices.

After a really busy first 18 months in the new practice, we now need to expand our number of vets in order to be able to keep offering the same level of care that our clients are used to. We have built up a lovely clientele, many knowing and joining us from previous experience.

Organisation aims & mission.

Our aim is to offer affordable, quality care to our patients and to their owners over the long term. We believe that our staff members should be part of a team and we look after each other. We aim to build a team that will last and clients can see the same faces that they are used to.

As an organisation we value hard work, kindness and honesty. Although the working days can get busy, we ensure everyone is appreciated for the work they do. All of us are approaching clients and their pets with kindness and understanding and expect this from anyone wanting to join us.

We value honesty. Life gets busy and difficult to most of us sometimes and mistakes or lapses can happen. Also private issues, health or otherwise can come in the way of the everyday. We understand this and we provide a friendly, open environment to have discussions about these difficulties and work toward solutions.

We are a flexible, friendly team with approachable partners. There are no middle managers unable to make decisions and only carrying out instructions from above.
