    • To provide a fun professional and relaxed work environment with flexibility to have a life outside of work.
    • To always have the best equipment.
    • To provide a high standard of equine veterinary dental care.
    • To reward, acknowledge and encourage staff members.
  • Company values

    Respect, professionalism and support.

  • What makes your organization a great place to work?

Equine dentistry is a fantastic career choice for those who love teeth! It provides flexibility and removes a lot of the negatives of equine practice. We pride ourselves on having the best equipment available to make our lives easier (and you can never have enough shiny forceps!).

We have established an excellent reputation in our first year of business and have great links to a number of local vet practices, EDTs and the RVC.

As a new business, there are lots of opportunities available and exciting prospects in the pipeline! We like to work together as a team rather than as individuals.

Further studying and postgraduate qualifications are actively encouraged as is research however, there should also be time for a beer or gin and tonic!

Kieran has a young family and has found the flexibility in the practice to balance that work and life whilst continuing to advance in his career.

  • Describe an ideal employee at your organization

    You must love teeth!

We are looking for someone who wants to advance further into equine dentistry with the support of an experienced equine dental vet.

Enrolment or completion of further dental qualifications is desirable but not mandatory and will be funded by the practice.

Someone who is easygoing and has a good sense of humour.
