    About Jennifer

    Dr. Jennifer Koehl is a 2008 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine. She has worked in general practice, emergency, teaching, and relief roles throughout her career. 

    Dr. Koehl is a full-time instructor at Penn State Altoona in the biologic sciences. She began teaching biology and human physiology as adjunct faculty and earned a full time appointment in 2019. 

    In addition to both veterinary and academic employment, she is currently enrolled in a master’s degree program in public health preparedness. She is an elected board of trustee member of the Pennsylvania Veterinary Medical Association through 2022.

    Dr. Katie Woodard is a veterinarian interested in helping others succeed in life and the field of veterinary medicine. She enjoys helping others reframe their thoughts and find new outlooks. 

    She is currently on staff at the Iowa State University Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory, where she heads up Client Services.  She is currently enrolled in the 2021 Cohort for the Purdue Certificate on Diversity and Inclusion and was an 2016-2017 IVMA Power of Ten leadership participant. 

    In addition to her DVM, she holds a Masters in Veterinary Preventative Medicine.

    About Melanie

    Dr. Melanie Barham is an experienced business professional who has helped over 100 veterinary professionals land their ideal roles since she started offering resume review in 2018.  Melanie has held senior roles in multiple organizations, and is a director at Vets, Stay, Go, Diversify.
